New Product Launch - Here at Sea Catch we have realised that life makes many demands on our time and there are many people who enjoy quality food but do not get the chance to prepare it after a busy working day. Help is at hand - we have developed a new product range of Value Added Products - fish in flavoured glazes which is then frozen and ready to cook in the microwave straight from the freezer.
Current range of exciting new dishes:
- Cod steak in red pepper, watercress, mushroom & lemon juice glaze
- Cod steak in sundried tomato & basil glaze
- Salmon steak in honey & mustard glaze
- Salmon steak in fresh Indian curry paste
- Smoked haddock steak in rarebit sauce
- Tuna loin supreme in chilli sauce
- Tuna loin supreme in oriental style glaze
